  • Programs

    • Do you offer family therapy?
      Yes. We offer regular family therapy sessions via phone or other virtual tools as clinically appropriate.
    • Do you offer alcohol and drug detox?
      Yes. We offer medical drug and alcohol detox as well as a comprehensive stabilization and assessment program.
    • Do you treat trauma or other mental health issues?
      Yes. Our staff is specifically trained in trauma, and we understand other mental health issues that may contribute to addiction or other behavioral health struggles.
  • General

    • Can I use my smartphone while in treatment?
      We have found that technology can be used to isolate and remain disengaged from the treatment experience. So we do not permit the use of technology and encourage the focus on treatment and recovery.
    • Do you allow visitation?

      Yes, if beneficial for the overall recovery. We also provide family visits, education, and therapy via phone and other virtual means. Invitation to the family therapy or couples/partners experiences requires the client to sign a release of information indicating their desire to invite specific family members.

      • Must adhere to HIPAA Privacy Rule accommodations 
      • Arrangements must be made with facilitators to attend family programs 
  • Admissions

    • What type of insurance do you accept?
      We are in-network with many major insurance carriers. We also accept most PPO insurance carriers. To learn more, we encourage you to call our admissions team for an insurance consultation.
    • What are the available living environments?
      You'll first undergo an initial assessment period with our intake and admissions team. Where you will stay within our residences will be based on your current treatment plan, program, and needs. Our facility is complete with comfortable furnishings, common living areas, kitchens, and outdoor areas.
